This past weekend we packed up and headed down to Richmond, VA for the NASCAR races!! It was such a good time. We met up with Joey's Aunt and Uncle and their friends at a private campground, where we hung out under the awning of an old camper, ate burgers, drank beers, and played horseshoes. On Saturday when it got cold, we Joey built a fire in an old oil drum and we stood around it like homeless people. I got to meet up with my friend Ali and her husband, and we participated in a pool to try to win some money. My Friday night racers did terrible, but Saturday I pulled Jimmie Johnson.. and he ALMOST got 3rd! We also listened to the Caps game via Sirius and cheered/cried from our little tent.
